The intelliflo Desktop Agent is required to integrate with classic desktop applications such as Microsoft Word, Trigold, MortgageBrain and Invu VirtualCabinet.
The intelliflo Document Designer is required to design templates for the intelliflo office authoring tools.
Before installing Document Designer you will need to install Visual Studio Tools for Office Runtime and Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime which are available from Microsoft here:
There are two version of the Document Designer plugin. You must select one based on whether you use the 32-bit or 64-bit version of Microsoft Word. If you are unsure, open Microsoft Word, go to the Account tab on the splash screen and select About Word.
Australian customers please note: Once installed you must change the plugin environment settings for this to work. Open Microsoft Word > Select Intelligent Office from the Word Ribbon > Change the environment to Australia > Select Ok
The intelliflo Outlook Add-in is required to synchronise contacts and diary entries between intelliflo office and Microsoft Outlook.
There are multiple versions of the Outlook Add-In. Please be sure to select the correct download for your region and platform.
